Gegen Zusatzgebühr gibt es einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage direkt unter dem Gebäude. Bequemes Bett und hochwertige Handtücher. Ich würde mir noch ein neues Küchentuch und einen neuen Spülschwamm wünschen. Niemand möchte mit einem abgenutzten Spülschwamm die Töpfe spülen müssen. Aber dies ist eine Kleinigkeit und daher kein echter Mangel, sondern nur ein Verbesserungsvorschlag. Negative: Bei Ankunft mussten wir eine Zusatzvereinbarung unterzeichnen, die sich darauf bezog, dass beispielsweise keine Möbel verrückt werden dürfen. Solche Dinge sind bei der Buchung sinnvoll und nicht, wenn der Kunde vor der Tür steht. Der Boden des Aufzugs und der Flur zum Zimmer im Gebäude (nicht im Apartment) war mit Folie abgeklebt, so dass es sich wie eine Baustelle anfühlte. Aber es fanden keine Arbeiten statt und es war daher auch nicht laut und nicht eingeschränkt.

Emplacement de choix. Positive: Super emplacement. Place D’youville vieux Québec à 300 mètres. Beau condo, bien équipé, propre. Meubles de salon confortable. Parfait pour un couple ou une personne seule. Negative: Je n’ai pas pu dormir dans le lit car il était trop dur pour moi. J’ai du passer les 3 nuits sur le sofa. La première nuit, il y avait un bruit (bourdonnement) constant qui dérangeait le sommeil. Le bruit n’était pas présent les 2 autres nuits.

Great, comfortable, affordable location for Old City weekend Positive: Friendly, helpful staff. Very convenient location and reasonably priced. Rooms were clean, secure, comfortable. Plenty of room for a couple and plenty of options in area whether you want to dine out or take advantage of the kitchen in the apartment. Negative: If I had to complain, TV had limited options for non-French speakers and no modern streaming services available. But this barely registers. And this wouldn't matter at all if the apartment wifi had a enough bandwidth to handle streaming from one's own devices well.

Emplacement idéal pour automobiliste Positive: L’emplacement est idéal pour les automobilistes, avec un stationnement souterrain accessible (20$/jour) avant d’entrer dans la vieille-ville. À deux minutes de la Place d’Youville et de la porte Saint-Jean, l’appartement confortable dispose d’une cuisine bien équipée. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et souhaitons y revenir.

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful city Positive: This apartment was phenomenal, tastefully decorated and extremely well equipped. It's close to the Palais train station, although it's a walk upwards from there. It is doable, but be waned. There is also a small supermarket less than a block away for getting anything that you will need for your stay. The kitchen has everything that you can think of and more! :) The bed was comfortable, as well as the sofa and the recliner. Shower was good too and a super convenient washing machine and dryer. The apartment is close to the city center too, everything to a walkable distance, I would stay here without a doubt. Negative: Can't think of anything

Dommage, aurait pu être parfait. Positive: La localisation a été idéale pour visiter Québec à pied. Le logement était très grand, très propre, parfaitement équipé. La localisation de la voiture en sous sol était parfaite. Negative: Un bruit continuel de vibration sans doute d'une climatisation nous a empêché de dormir les trois nuits de notre séjour. Ce bruit était extérieur à l'appartement. Impossible d'aller dormir dans le séjour en raison de l'absence de rideaux ou volets. Je n'ai pas aimé non plus laisser tous mes codes de carte bleue griffonés sur un papier à la réception pour payer le parking. Il n'y avait pas de terminal de paiement à cet endroit. Plus qu'une réception, c'est un gardiennage 24/24.

The staff was super friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations. Positive: I liked that parking was included. It was also an easy walk to the attractions.
